Pepe Le Pew

As you Know I got a belly band from figgy's chihuahuas. Well I have decided to put it on Pepe to get him used to it before it is needed. That way he will wear it with no complaints, I hope!!

As he gets older and matures he will start to mark his territory. I want to do everything humanly possible to stop this. It may be an uphill battle but I hope training and belly bands will do the trick.

Pepe didn't look so happy the first day wearing his band but he does look awfully cute in it!!

Puppy Playdate

Bambi came over today for a play date. I know, this week has been busy with doggie visits. When it rains it pours. And I love chi down falls!!

Bambi belongs to a friend of mine and is a wonderful little girl. Very sweet personality and looks to die for. A blue fawn with white markings and a mask. She is nearly 6 months old and is still small.

Chica was a pill. What a meanie. She would not stop growling. So, like all little naughty girls, she went to time out!!

Snickie watched mostly from the sidelines. Once in a while she would join in.

And Pepe..............Pepe and Bambi played and played. He chased her and vice versa. They had a little snack together. He even helped her find her bark. What an adorable couple they make. I can't wait for her to come again.

Puppy playdate

Mia came over to play with us. She hasn't grown much. I think she will remain very small. I guess we have to wait and see. Chica loves to see her daughter and I love to cuddle her too. Pepe and Mia adore each other. They play the most. Snicker Doodles is the runner up for playing.

Jogging

My husband likes to jog.
Well, chica is his new jogging buddy and she can keep up with him! (He jogs slowly and not so far when she is with him). She loves it! He gets the strangest looks from our neighbours. I guess they are expecting a larger dog!

Pepe Le Pew

Pepe has the cutest habit which seems to work for everyone. He goes to the feed bowl and takes one piece of dog food. He returns to a bed and eats it. Chica sits with him quietly. (very odd that she doesn't try and steal the food). When he is done he goes for another piece. AND Chica eats the leftovers. What a cute dog.

The Secret Spot!

Snicker Doodles likes to hide under the recliner. As she has gotten a little bigger, from when she was a pup, it is a little harder to get under there... but she does. I find bones, toys and other treasures that she keeps safe. It is her spot. Everyone knows about it....

Chica would love to get under there but she can't. Pepe can get under but when Snickie is there he has a problem. And he only wants in there when she is.

Playing Tug of War

Snickie has the cutest habit. She will get a toy and start to play tug of war with Pepe. When Pepe drops the item Snickie will pick it back up and wait for him to grab it again before she continues tugging.

Pepe will take turns playing with Chica and Snickie. Sometimes Snickie and Chica play with Pepe on looking.

Pepe wrapped himself up with the favourite of all toys..... a ball thingy that I attached to some fabric. They love wrestling with it. Somedays I drag all three of them over the tile.
