Chica and her new spot

I try to keep the puppy area as organized as possible so it is nice and tidy.  I like to find what I am looking for.  The most suitable place for the towels and bedding is on top of the cages.  Well, the other day I found someone else there!!  Miss Chica realized it is quite the spot.  It is comfortable and Pepsi can't get up there.  So she can hide her bones and they are completely safe.  What a clever girl she is!!

Milky Way has found a home

Last night Jennifer came over with her family to see Milky Way.  I warned her on the phone NOT to bring the children because she would walk away with a puppy.  Anyways, she fell just as much in love with Milky Way as her children.  So now she has a new family member and we have found a good home for one of our pups.  I am looking forward to lots of puppy play dates!!

Bandito and Milky Way

This morning it is a little rainy and dreary out there, but I am British and love this weather.  I decided to open up the puppy area and let Chica and Pepsi play with them.  What fun the pups had.  Pepsi, who is still a pup himself was playing and playing.  Snickie and I had to keep him in line so he wouldn't be too rough.  And Chica wanted them all to herself and got quite upset when Pepsi wanted to play!

We went by our professional photographer's and got some really nice pix.  Oh boy they are good.  Kelly really caught how beautiful Bandito and Milky Way are.  I thought I took good photos but I guess not.... lol.  When you get a professional who can catch the light in just the right way, or an expression on your pet it is amazing.  And Kelly makes it look so easy....

What is nice is that Kelly is very reasonable in her pricing.  It is so nice to have beautiful images of your pets or family.

The List...... the soap opera of Pepsi Cola

#1 Submissive Peeing- fixed with me, but not with Walt.... someone tell him he needs to train as well....thanx.

#2 howling in the wee hours of the am.... figured out he does it when he hears us.  So no more 4am potty breaks for us or the kiddos...lol

#3 Walking on a leash.   He can do this now... yippee.... he even sits when I say stop at each road.  We are working on "heel" now.
 
#4  potty outside- he still goes on the paper at night. Need to work on this one more.

#5 eating poop and drinking peeps. Still have no clue on this one.

#6 running out the door and disappearing.  Been working hard on this one.. but he still gets out and makes a run for it.





As you can see by my notes we are getting better.  Especially, if you read earlier "lists"!!  But progress is slow.  Luckily for him he is very cute...

Playing with Momma

We are two days off being four weeks old...  yeah!  Still very tiny but getting more active.  I changed their bedding today and opened up the pen.  Chica moved in right away!!  I caught some cute pix of them playing with their Momma.

Pepsi Cola has a date on Valentine's Day

Pepsi had a visitor today named Angel. She is a smooth coat with similar colouration to him. She came over to have a special date with him.and he performed wonderfully.  We hope to hear the pitter patter of tiny feet in late April. 

Three weeks old today.

There really isn't much to say.  They are doing well.  Bandito is still smaller then his brother at 11 1/4 ounces.  Milky Way is 14 5/8 ounces.  I wonder if Bandito can make it to a full pound by a month!!  Not sure he can do it.

They are moving around a little more and I put them on a mat so they could give walking a go.  They were too cute for words.  So who is your current favourite?

Eyes are open!!

Today Bandito finally opened his eyes.  Five days after his brother.  I can't believe how tiny he is either.  Not growing very fast at all.  I will try and get better pix of both our boys as soon as I can.

Who do you think this is?  It is quite astonishing how dark this chi was as a pup.  The chi in question is now a lot lighter....

Last night I was doing my last check of the day on the pups.... something was odd.  I picked Milky Way up and oh my gosh!!  He had eye balls!!!!  Bandit isn't going there yet.  Still tight shut as a clam.

Fashion show at my house!!

Jessica came over today and we played dress up with all our doggies, well accept Snicker Doodles who had an excused absence.  Oh boy was Chica mad at me....lol  (photos: Sophie, Chica, Fiona, Ick Cat, Fiona and Pepsi)  Pepsi and Sophie got on very well, but he did give some attention to Fiona at the end and we got a couple of cute pix.  Everytime Chica growled I waved and outfit at her and she sulked off.  lol.
